Brewing Notes |
| 60 minute, ~3 gallon boil. Candi sugar dissolved at beginning of boil.
Whirfloc added with 20 minutes remaining in boil. All hops in pellet form.
Aroma hops added in the final minute of boil. This beer got better over time.
It really needed a couple months in the bottle to fully mature. It should age
well up to at least a year. |
