  • 0.5 lbs Crystal 60L
  • 0.5 lbs Carapils
  • 0.5 lbs Red Wheat
  • 0.5 lbs Roasted Flaked Oats (moistened, baked)
  • 0.25 lbs Chocolate Malt
Adjuncts
  • 1 can (29oz) Libby's Pumpkin
Hops
  • 1 oz Cluster (60 min)
  • 1 oz Willamette (15 min)
Misc
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks (flameout)
  • 1 tsp Ground Cloves (flameout)
  • 1.5 tsp Allspice (flameout)

Brewing Notes

A concoction of 4 or 5 recipes Bryan found online, plus additions based on what leftover grains he had in his fridge.

60 minute mash with 1.25 quarts of water per pound of grain. Sparge collected 6.25 gallons fpr a 60 minute boil.
