Brewing Notes

I wish I had kept better notes on this. We followed a kit recipe for one of Brandon's previous mead batches, though this was not a kit. But basically we heated about 2 gallons of water, disolved the honey into that, topped off to 5 gallons, and added the yeast, nutrient, tannin, and something else I cannot remember. It's gonna take 6 months at least for it to be ready.

We forgot to do an OG measurement too. Sloppy!
