Brewing Notes
Used this recipe to test the late hopping technique. It seemed to work pretty well, despite the rain and sleet coming down during the boil.

A usual single-infusion mash at 152 F with 1.1 quarts/lb followed by a fly sparge collecting 7 gallons of sweet wort, slightly too much, which resulted in a lower efficiency of 68%.
