Brewing Notes

Grains steeped for 20 minutes at ~150F. 3 gallon, 60 minute boil. Malt extract, lactose and hops added at the beginning of the boil. The beer turned out delicious. It won the prestigious Stainless Chef Stein for Best Winter Beer.
