  • 1.5 oz Perle 7.2% AA (60 min)
  • 1 oz Fuggle 4.2% AA (15 min)
  • 1 oz Yakima Goldings 4.2% AA (15 min)
  • 1 oz Saaz 3.6% AA (3 min)
  • 0.5 oz Perle 7.2% AA (flameout)
Yeast
  • White Labs WLP550 "Achouffe"

Brewing Notes

The usual method with the Keggles was used.

Single infusion mash at 1.1qts/lb grain at 152 F. Fly sparge to get 71% efficiency.

Racked to secondary after 2 weeks in the primary fermenter.

This turned out fantastic. Very similar to the commerical beer.
