Brewing Notes

Grains steeped at 150F for 30 minutes. 60 minute boil. ~3 gallon boil. All hops in pellet form. Whirfloc added with 20 minutes remaining in boil. Flavor hops added with 5 minutes remaining in boil. In the end, one of my most popular brews. A good, solid, red ale.
