Brewing Notes
Grains steeped at 150F for 15 minutes. 60 minute, ~3 gallon boil. All hops in pellet form. Flavor hops added with 20 minutes remaining in boil. First 0.5 oz. Liberty aroma hops added with 5 minutes remaining in boil. Second 0.5 oz. Liberty aroma hops added at the end of the boil. Turned out even better than I had hoped. Brewed for mass consumption at the halloween party. Ended up with a pleasant hoppiness.
