Brewing Notes

Did this in the keggle setup with a new fly sparge mechanism. Got *really* low mash efficiency - 51%!! I think it was caused by having too low of a sparge water temp, and also the crush size was too large.

Great recipe though. Beer turned out mild, drinkable, with a slight, earthy-bitter hop note. Really good session beer.
