Brewing Notes

69% mash efficiency. Absolutely delicious!

Fermented these at around 70 F, but left them outside one night, and they got down to 55 F, which pretty much killed off the fermentation. Hence the high final gravity.

Served this through the stout tip that Sean made for the Ventmatic faucet. Sublime.
