Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple cider from a local farm (no preservatives added)
  • 0.5 lbs brown sugar
Miscellaneous
  • 3/4 of a cinnamon stick
Yeast
  • Wyeast Cider Yeast 3766



Brewing Notes

The brown sugar was dissolved in a small amount of water and boiled for several minutes to kill anything that might have been on it. The apple cider and sugar water were then added to the primary fermenter, along with the cinnamon stick. The yeast was then pitched. Let the games begin.
