| The honey was brought up to ~160 - 170F for 40 minutes in order to pasteurize. The cider, honey, yeast nutrient, and yeast were then added to the primary fermenter. After an incident with the capper and a weak-necked bottle, I ended up getting 7 bottles out of this batch. Very tasty though. |
