  • 1 package Whirfloc (clarifying agent)



Brewing Notes

Grains steeped at 150F for 30 minutes. 60 minute boil. All hops in pellet form. Whirfloc added with 20 minutes remaining in boil. Flavor hops added with 5 minutes remaining in boil. Aroma hops added with 1 minute remaining in boil. Beer came out well. Malty, but not overly so. It aged well for at least 6-8 months (which is when I drank the last one.
