Brewing Notes |
| Grains steeped at 150F for 30 minutes. 60 minute boil. All hops in pellet
form. Whirfloc added with 20 minutes remaining in boil. Flavor hops added
with 5 minutes remaining in boil. Aroma hops added with 1 minute remaining
in boil. Beer came out well. Malty, but not overly so. It aged well for at
least 6-8 months (which is when I drank the last one. |
